8月10日最新军队文职考试时事政治:中国首个火星模拟基地落户青海。在军队文职考试中,命题人历来是倾向于结合时政热点命题,无论是岗位能力常识题、言语理解题,还是申论,都是结合时事热点来选择命题考查点,因此最新时政要有所了解。记者8日从中国科学院月球与深空探测总体部获悉,我国首个火星模拟基地项目将落户青海省海西州大柴旦红崖地区,这里拥有典型的雅丹地貌群,其独特的地形地貌、自然风光、气候条件使之成为专家眼中“中国最像火星的地方”。2016年11月底,海西州政府与中国科学院月球与深空探测总体部签订了《中国火星模拟基地建设项目合作协议》,今年7月下旬,在海西州州府德令哈市举行了项目总体方案讨论会暨协议签约仪式,确定项目建设地址在大柴旦红崖地区。“类似的火星模拟基地是开展火星科学基础研究,进行火星与地球对比研究的天然实验室。”中科院国家天文台研究员郑永春说,火星在地貌、地质和物质成分方面都有一些特殊的特征。比如,地貌为荒漠,没有植被覆盖,地质上有河流、湖泊干涸的沉积物,物质成分方面有大量硫酸盐、高氯酸盐等水流干涸后的遗留物等。而该基地在上述三个层面有类似于火星的特征,这也是其成为火星模拟基地的原因。郑永春也强调,模拟基地与火星的地质地貌条件并不是完全相似,因而在通过相关研究对火星的情况进行考察的同时,也可以实现对火星和地球的对比实验研究。专家介绍,建设火星模拟基地在国外已有先例,火星模拟基地项目填补了国内在航天、天文、地理、地质、气象、新能源等领域一体化科学实践教育基地的空白。据悉,我国首个火星模拟基地也将集科学传播、旅游观光、体验休闲、科学实验为一体,基地项目包括天文与航天科普教育、主题休闲度假、影视作品摄影、科学研究与模拟训练等重点内容。当地主管部门表示,未来将以星空文化产业为主要发展方向,把该基地打造成我国首个火星文化创意体验基地。

发布时间:2017-08-31 22:10:23委中直下三寸,有穴道叫合阳。在介绍合阳的时候,我跟诸位再讲一个针灸的治法,叫模拟法。古人创造出来很多治法,模拟法是从我开始用的,以后你们可以用到很多地方去。什么叫模拟法,比如说我这里是腰,屁股在这,你看这个 象 ,老师这个 象 是人字纹嘛,肛门在这(指黑板上承山的位置),这是不是人字纹。委中从腿下来,脚踮起来时,你可以看到腿肚子有人字纹,人字纹下面就是承山。后面会介绍承山穴,这个承山刚好跟肛门是对到的。所以承山是很有名的痔疮大穴。在手臂上呢?你握拳,肌肉出现人字纹是孔最穴。孔最穴对痔疮一样有很好的效果。既然这是肛门,这是腰,中间这是腰下的地方。现在有一个人背痛(膀胱经痛),这是督脉。这膀胱经最痛的地方是这个点,病在左边,我们在膀胱经右边的委中下针。下完针以后,这个点最痛,在这肛门和腰,我们在这后方(指腿肚对应处)用手指头按,就找到一个压痛点。这压痛点没有定位,找到压痛点,针从这压痛点一下去,痛就没了,一击就中。所以说,如果是一条经痛的话,下委中就好了。可是还剩一点痛,就用这种手法。我在临床上看的时候,越靠近腰椎,越靠近督脉的地方,就越接近这一点。越离开督脉这个地方,就越外面,你把人的下体放到这个腿部上面,这是类比法,这是治疗腰痛,效果非常好。委中下三寸是合阳穴。一样是辅助委中的,以委中为主。28、承筋、承山、飞扬穴(5-02:08:02)再来是承筋,承筋穴在委中和承山的正中间。筋骨的筋,顾名思义,抽筋等可以在这下针,脚不能动,痉挛通通都可以在这下针。霍乱抽筋通通可以用。再来介绍承山,这个承山用的地方非常多。包括脚抽筋 ,脚常常抽筋,如果游泳时抽筋怎么办,你就重压承山,就解掉了。在临床上,因痔疮 大量出血时,针承山,灸孔最都有止血的效果。你现在知道了,若有个人痔疮很严重,走过来腿都是弯的,因为痔疮很痛,我们就下长强,下承山,下孔最,痛就去了。若还有痛,比如说那个痔疮很大,我们就天应放血,把脓血放掉。痛是来自压力,痛不是来自发炎。脓血一放掉,压力从此就去掉了。当然要记得带手套,用放血片,用火罐套上去,套在痔疮上面抽。委中和承山常常并用,用在中风 上面。腰背委中求,所以委中一下去,腰背力量就加强了。下承山可让脚有力,因为中风的人脚没有力,下承山穴,脚就会有力。临床上,有很多妇女、小姐,因爱美穿高跟鞋,走路一摔倒,结果尾椎骨被撞到。因为这是督脉刚开始的地方,所以说很痛,那怎么处理呢?刚开始,新伤的时候,在承山穴你会看到青筋在那,有时在右腿,有时在左腿,有时两腿都有,这是针对尾椎骨受伤。这时候你拿放血针,承山穴血一放出来,当场就好了,效果就是那么快,这是伤科的大穴。其它如脚后跟痛 啊,脚无力 、抽筋通通可以在这里治。记得承山穴下针,一定要透到骨头上,透到胫骨上。尤其是抽筋,你同时用手去按它,筋就慢慢松开来了。因为阳经往外走,所以找到承山穴再往下一寸,再外开一寸,就是飞扬。飞扬是膀胱络穴,刚才那个络是别络,就是比较细的络,飞扬是络穴。飞扬穴刚好就在我们人字横纹肌这边,下针一定是在两个肌肉中间,筋和肉的中间或筋和骨的中间。它是在两个肌肉中间,叫飞扬。飞扬针下去,脚就像飞毛腿一样。当脚不能跑步,前面讲的足三里,后面讲的飞扬、承山,都是让脚有力的穴道。这是一个基本常识,你如果手受伤,没关系,手受伤不能动,没关系,但脚受伤不能动,你要赶快让它好,一旦坐上轮椅就完了,所以脚受伤要让它赶快好。这是一个病理。人被设计很奇怪,手的力量没有脚大,所以脚受伤恢复速度也比较快,比手的恢复速度还快。像痔疮书上讲的治症都差不多。不能久坐久立。历节风就是风湿关节炎 。飞扬主要用在络穴上面,治脚没有力量。
