2019年解放军文职招聘考试护理学基础知识:医护人员锐器伤害的预防措施发布时间:2019-02-18 12:22:01医护人员的锐器伤害是指在工作中被针头、手术器械、玻璃制品、医疗仪器设备,医疗废弃物及其他锐利物品刺伤和割伤而导致有被病原微生物感染风险的意外事件。并且在我们的护理考试当中,是一个非常爱考到的考点,为此中公教育的老师专门给各位同学整理了它的预防措施。1.加强安全意识及防护知识的宣教:调查显示大部分锐器伤害是由于医护人员防护意识淡薄、工作不细心、注意力不集中或未按操作规程执行,技术操作不熟练,对锐器伤的认识不足。更有职工对锐器伤害存有侥幸心理,受到伤害后不及时处理,更不知应予以上报,均是锐器伤不断的原因。所以,应加强安全及防护知识教育,使医护人员了解正确处理锐器伤的重要性,改变不正确的个人操作习惯,建立安全管理理念。2.严格遵守标准预防原则:进行外科手术、放射、穿刺、抽血、清洗和处理医疗器材时常发生锐器损伤,伤口接触到污物时完全有可能被感染。因此,应增强医护人员标准预防意识,提高感染性疾病的预防控制知识水平。3.预防锐器伤害的各种规范操作训练:通过预防锐器伤害训练纠正医护人员在工作中不良的操作习惯和行为。接触各种与血液、体液有关的操作时戴手套。使用注射器时不让指尖触及针头,操作完毕不要回套针帽,禁止用手分离污染的针头和注射器。在治疗室配置药液时戴上手套,防止掰安瓿划破手指。穿上能盖住足背的隔离鞋,防止碎玻璃、针头掉下来刺破足背皮肤。传递各种锐器时使用容器传递,针头、刀片、缝合针用后立即放入坚固、耐刺、防渗漏的容器内,放置七成满时立即盖好盖子,贴上标签,焚烧处理。4.改善医疗工作环境:安全的操作环境能有效的减少医护人员被锐器损伤的次数,如在进行侵袭性诊疗、护理操作过程中,要保证充足的光线,采用安全针头注射器,负压标本试管采血,提供便于丢弃锐利废物的容器,规范医疗废品的处理,医疗垃圾应在卫生部门统一规定下在固定场所焚毁。5.建立锐器损伤管理组织和报告制度:按照2001年中华人民共和国制定的《医院感染管理文件汇编》锐器伤的预防要求,建立预防锐器伤害管理组织是实现锐器伤害管理的根本保证。由医院感染科和各临床科室院感监控小组负责对医护人员锐器损伤进行管理,建立损伤报告和登记制度。以便医护人员一旦受到锐器伤害能向有关部门报告,并得到及时的咨询和处理。同时有关部门在收集这些数据时,可定期分析锐器伤害的原因,采取有效的预防措施,以减少医护人员职业感染的危险性。
